Vancouver, BC, June 5, 2009 - Logan Resources Ltd. (TSXV:LGR) (the "Company") today announced that Paul Reynolds has been appointed as a director of the Company effective immediately to fill the vacancy arising from the recent resignation of Clifford Frame. Seamus Young, the CEO of the Company, welcomed Mr. Reynolds to the board and thanked Mr. Frame for his past contribution to the Company.
Mr. Reynolds is a professional geologist with over 20 years experience working in Canada, USA, Bolivia, Argentina and Guyana. He specializes in the conception and management of mineral exploration ventures. Mr. Reynolds is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of British Columbia, a fellow of the Geological Association of Canada and a member of the Society of Economic Geologists.
Mr. Reynolds was formerly the chairman of Athlone Energy Ltd., which was sold to Daylight Resources Trust during 2008.
