Chief Executive Officer, President and Director
Mr. Bray, P. Geo., Q.M.C., has 25 years of experience on national and international projects including grass roots through to advanced exploration and mining, due diligence, project evaluation and the implementation of quality systems and monitoring of quality control. He has worked for numerous public companies such as Lac Minerals Ltd., where he was involved in the discovery and advancement to pre-feasibility of the Red Mountain structurally controlled gold deposit. Mr. Bray was also involved in the initial drilling of the Kemess North porphyry Cu-Au deposit discovery for Northgate Minerals Corp. His memberships include the Geological Association of Canada, B.C. & Yukon Chamber of Mines, and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. |

Mark J. Morabito, B.A., J.D.
Director
Mr. Morabito has over 15 years’ experience in public markets with a strong focus on junior mining with extensive experience in capital-raising and corporate development. Mr. Morabito founded and has been the principal driving force behind a number of successful resource development companies including Alderon Iron Ore Corporation, Crosshair Energy Corporation, Excelsior Mining Corp and others. He is also the founder of EGM Exploration Group Management Corp, which is now part of Forbes & Manhattan as Forbes West, overseeing all of the Forbes and Manhattan western North American operations. Mr.Morabito has a BA from Simon Fraser University and completed his J.D. at the University of Western Ontario. He practiced Corporate Finance and Securities Law in Toronto and Vancouver prior to becoming a principal in the mining industry. |

Seamus Young
Director
Mr. Young has over 40 years of experience in the mineral exploration business, running both public and private companies. He has a proven record of acquiring prospective projects and putting together highly skilled exploration teams to advance them. In 1966 he founded Donegal Developments Inc., one of Canada's longest running mineral exploration contracting companies. In 1983 Mr. Young acquired International KRL Resources Corp. (now Acme Resources Inc.) and has been President and CEO since that time. He served as President and CEO of Logan Resources Ltd. from 1992 until early 2012. During his tenure, Mr. Young put together an impressive Canadian portfolio of prospective projects with discovery potential for Logan. |

Evelyn Cox, B.Sc. (Geo)
Director
Ms. Cox is an executive with a background in geology and has over 10 years of corporate experience in the mineral exploration sector. As the Executive Vice President Corporate Development of Forbes West (formerly EGM Exploration Group Management Corp.), Ms. Cox oversees all facets of corporate communications and corporate development for each of the companies within the Forbes West portfolio. In addition, she is active on the boards of several junior mineral exploration companies. Ms. Cox holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) in Geology and a minor in German from the University of British Columbia and has also competed the Economic Guidelines for Mineral Exploration Course at Queen’s University. |
